You must be 18 or over to create an account or request roster access. If you are under 18 and applying as an athlete, you should only do so with the knowledge and support of a parent, guardian, manager, or other responsible adult — and any representation involving a minor will always involve a parent or guardian directly before it begins.

Submitting an application or enquiry does not create a management, sponsorship, or agency relationship. Any representation or partnership is agreed separately in writing.

You confirm that what you submit is accurate and yours to share. If information you've given us turns out to be false or misleading, we may withdraw your application, decline representation, or close your account.

If you send us links, footage, social profiles, results, achievements, messages, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us and that it does not mislead anyone.

Accounts are created or invited by us after review. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused, inactive, no longer appropriate, or created from incorrect information.

Roster access is for genuine sponsor, partner, athlete, and team use — reviewing athlete profiles and making introductions through us. It is not for building databases, marketing lists, or contacting athletes directly outside the introduction process. Do not copy, scrape, republish, or use roster information for any of that unless we have agreed it with you in writing.

Athlete profiles and sponsor enquiries are starting points for a conversation. We do not guarantee any sponsorship, deal, response, result, selection, or representation from using the site.

Do not misuse the site: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or probe its security, no scraping, and no submissions on behalf of people who have not agreed.

The site, its design, and its content belong to Champion Collective Ltd or its licensors. You may not reuse them commercially without written permission.

Where an athlete's profile includes their name, image, or likeness, that remains the athlete's own property at all times — our ownership of the site does not extend to it, and it appears on the site only with the athlete's agreement.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are using the site as a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.

If something's gone wrong, email us first at [hello@championcollective.co.uk](mailto:hello@championcollective.co.uk) and we'll do our best to sort it out directly before anything more formal is needed.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with an updated date.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
